After the first week, I see a significant improvement in the upper respiratory tract health. Less nasal discharge, easier nasal breathing, no clearing your throat. There is no change in snoring so far.
My breathing improved almost immediately and less mucus is secreted in the nose and throat. I also snore less, but it didn’t help completely. Sometimes I wake up at night from my own snoring. I’m halfway through my second pack and have four more left. I’ll see how it will be later.
