  1. In my opinion, such herbal supplements are not suitable for use when you need a quick recovery of your health. Their action is simply too gentle, and this applies to both thyroid herbs and other things. However, they work very well as a preventive measure if we use them regularly and with great patience.   2. My case is the exact opposite of everyone else around me. I want to gain weight and in no way can I achieve it. Maybe a thyroid regulation would be a good idea? I’ve been trying for some time and I think I have a bit more appetite. I hope something helps me eventually.
